Overview of Responsibilities:
Support Marketing Integrations:
Spearhead all elements of integrating the marketing function of acquired businesses to ensure a smooth transition and sales success
Seek opportunities to refine and systematize our processes
Oversee digital partner's execution of digital playbook
Ensure marketing vendors and team members at acquired companies are set up for success
Focusing on lead generation for new business.
Execute Marketing Initiatives:
Liaise with and manage marketing vendors, such as Graphic Designer and media companies
Oversee execution of all creative requests, ensuring they are received where needed and on time
Review and edit social media content
Support with drafting and implementing company communications
Support with planning company events
Manage marketing budget and vendor payment

Effectively manage and mentor Content Coordinator

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Located in or willing to relocate to Atlanta area (HQ in Alpharetta, GA)
Ability to work onsite & in the field, as needed, with up to 25% travel. Hybrid work-from-home schedule may be considered with manager approval upon completion of a successful first 90 days.
Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
Proven track record as a successful Marketing Manager with 6+ years of experience.
Home services experience preferred.
