    Job Summary
    To provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. To support Credit Managers efforts to collect monies owed by making necessary calls as directed by Credit Manager. To facilitate and maintain new account files during the approval process. To act as a liason between customer, Credit Manager, and Cash Apps as each situation / scenario dictates.

    Responsibilities

    Fournir un service exceptionnel aux clients internes et externes. Soutenir les activites du directeur du credit de perception des sommes dues en effectuant les appels necessaires, selon les instructions du directeur de credit. Simplifier la creation et la mise a jour des dossiers de nouveaux comptes pendant le processus d'approbation. Assurer la liaison entre le client, le directeur du credit et le rapprochement des comptes debiteurs, en fonction de chaque situation ou scenario.
    Responsabilites principales
    Veiller au respect de toutes les politiques et procedures de l'entreprise et des services.

    Agir de facon honnete et ethique en defendant les interets superieurs de Benjamin Moore.
    Aider au recouvrement en temps opportun des comptes debiteurs de Benjamin Moore, selon les directives.
    Conseiller les clients relativement a leurs releves, factures, notes de credit ou debit, ainsi que le portail en ligne, les paiements, etc.
    Collaborer avec les equipes des ventes pour resoudre les problemes des clients.
    Effectuer le rapprochement des comptes clients afin d'assurer une facturation precise et le versement des paiements dans les delais.
    Simplifier la creation et la mise a jour des dossiers de nouveaux comptes pendant le processus d'approbation.
    Minimiser les risques d'insolvabilite et maximiser le recouvrement des creances.
    Fournir les rapports de Creditsafe et d'Equifax sur demande.
    Fournir la documentation necessaire aux agences independantes de recouvrement.
    Superviser et evaluer les limites de credit des clients.
    Ensure compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures
    Act in an honest, ethical manner representing Benjamin Moore's best interest
    Assist in the timely collection of Benjamin Moore's accounts receivable as directed
    Counsel customers in relation to their statement, invoice(s), credit / debit memo's, online portal, payments et al.
    Work internally with sales teams to resolve customer issues
    Perform reconciliation of customer accounts to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments
    Facilitate and maintain new account files during the approval process
    Minimize bad debt risks and maximize accounts receivable collections
    Deliver Credit Safe reports and Equifax reports upon request
    Provide necessary documentation to third party collection agencies
    Monitor and evaluate customer credit limits

    Qualifications

    Bilingue anglais-francais
    Baccalaureat, preferablement en finance, comptabilite, administration des affaires ou economie
    Ou experience de travail pertinente dans les domaines suivants : finance, credit, perception, rapprochement des comptes debiteurs, comptabilite, comptes crediteurs, comptes debiteurs
    Experience professionnelle d'un a trois ans minimum
    Capable d'effectuer plusieurs taches a la fois, de travailler sous pression et de respecter les echeances
    Aptitudes a l'analyse, a la reflexion critique et a la resolution de problemes
    Excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite
    Souci du detail
    Capable de travailler de facon autonome et en groupe
    Connaissance des systemes suivants : SAP, BusinessObjects, MS Office, imagerie de documents OnBase
    Bilingual in English and French
    Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or
    Or applicable work experience in finance, credit, collections, cash applications, accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivables
    1-3+ years work experience
    Ability to multi-task under pressure while meeting critical deadlines
    Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Excellent attention to detail
    Ability to work independently and within a team environment
    System skills including: SAP, Business Objects, MS Office, On Base Document Imaging
