Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)

Telephone Merchant Support

Full-time, 2-year contract

Flexible schedule from Mon - Fri, 08:00 - 18:00 within a duty roster

Your responsibilities:

Telephone inbound consulting and answering questions regarding merchant business in the credit card/payment field
Documentation of calls in the customer management system
Conducting plausibility checks and making changes to merchantrelated data
Identification and channeling of disruptions
Distribution of written customer inquiries
Coordination of all incoming complaints
Crossteam support for business transactions of other departments

Your qualifications

Professional:

Commercial vocational training, ideally in the banking sector or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in telephone customer service
Knowledge in the field of payment transactions desirable
