- Make calls, complete forms, created maps, and various tasks for construction project setup
- Work within and maintain a shared electronic filing system and computer drives with accuracy
- Work in bidding websites, drop files
- Uses company information to meet the requirements for estimating, operations, insurance companies, and customers.
- Write letters and emails responding to inquiries from clients, staff, and providers
- Evaluate files for compliance
- Complete forms and spreadsheets for submission to requestors; accuracy is a must.
- Complete new vendor requests for information
- Perform various data entry tasks within different software
- Creates and updates presentations to assist managers using PowerPoint
- Notice discrepancies while reviewing various sources of information and make corrections on estimating and operational forms for preparation for other departments
- Apply for government licenses, i.e., business licenses, water meters, and to work for tribal communities
- Type quotes and learn how to quote for services we provide
- Contract review to compare to quotes and for preparation to the Company Contract Manager
- Create maps in Google Earth and Google Maps
- Order insurance certificates for customers
- Work 8-4, M-F with schedule flexibility as needed
- Must possess 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Must have intermediate computer skills working within Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A class in Computer Information Systems is encouraged.

Our company provides street maintenance, dump truck hauling and milling services in the road construction industry. This position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will provide support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing the Company's general administrative activities.
