    What it takes:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, post
  • secondary education preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in administrative support role required, experience in nonprofit preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to maintain confidentiality critical.
  • Experience with data entry and use of databases.
  • Experience in balancing competing needs by prioritizing and responding to multiple tasks in an organized manner.
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card OR must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.

Experience:
Required

  • CPR and First Aid Cert
  • DES Criminal Affadavit
  • AZ DHS Crim History Affid


  • Fingerprint Card Level

  • FPC DPS Verification
