Dans chaque entité de la banque à l'échelle mondiale, le Département IT fournit et gère des outils performants et de haute qualité tout en respectant la technologie.Le candidat travaillera avec l'équipe chargée du support du Trading & Sales, spécialisée dans un actif particulier (equity, fixed income, credit, derivatives ou commodities).Participer au support des systèmes dans toute la région américaine,Apporter une expertise (technique et fonctionnelle) des systèmes, afin de développer les autres membres de l'équipes sur la région et fournir une assistance aux utilisateurs Front Office (Traders, Sales, Risk Managers, Middle Offices),Contrôler activement les systèmes et documenter les procédures et les processus – Développer de nouveaux outils de contrôle si nécessaire,Etre le premier point de contact du Front Office pour les projets et le support de niveau 1 et 2 (amélioration, erreur, requête, incident),Participer au test et à la livraison des applications de trading (nouvelle version ou mise à jour de logiciel),Proposer des solutions, conduire les changements qui répondent aux problèmes récurrents et aux charges de travail.Diplômé niveau Bac +3 ou Master en école d'Ingénieur, avec une spécialisation en IT.Vous avez 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en dans les secteurs liés à l'IT ou à la finance.Une expérience internationale est un plus.Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Support Applicatif,Expérience dans les marchés financiers,Avoir travaillé dans un environnement avec une forte pression.Faire preuve d'une expertise dans la rédaction et l'exécution des requêtes de la base de données sur d'importants jeux de données,Solides compétences en SQL,Être familier de la méthodologie « Follow the Sun » dans un contexte international.Capacité à travailler en équipe, esprit initiative et motivation,Passionné, déterminé, avec une curiosité intellectuelle,Anglais bilingueLa maîtrise de la langue française est un plus.Quanteam est handi-accueillante et s'engage en faveur de l'égalité professionnelle, de la mixité et de la diversité.     }Ils vous en parlentThomas, Consultant au sein du bureau New Yorkais (Quanteam North America)Ayant toujours souhaité travailler à l'international, après deux années de mission au sein du bureau Parisien de Quanteam, j'ai fait part de mes envies de mobilité à mon manager et j'ai pu rejoindre Quanteam North America, en 2017, à New York. Très rapidement nous avons identifié le type de poste qui pouvait me correspondre, validé mon profil auprès de plusieurs clients américains et démarré les démarches administratives pour obtenir un VISA. Durant tout le process, j'ai été accompagné par les équipes RH de Quanteam en France et le staff de New-York pour répondre à l'ensemble des interrogations que je pouvais avoir par rapport à mon installation aux USA. Cela fait désormais six ans que je travaille en tant Application Support Front Office à New-York, et j'ai été promus Manager de l'équipe il y a un an. Le savoir-faire de Quanteam a très largement contribué à ma bonne intégration ici et mon évolution dans ma mission.Josselin, Consultant IT chez Quanteam North America – aux Etats Unis depuis 2018 En 2015, j'ai rencontré les équipes de Quanteam lors d'un salon étudiant, à Paris Dauphine et j'ai tout de suite eu un bon feeling. J'ai rejoint le cabinet en tant que Trade Support / Front Office et débuté une mission chez un client parisien. En 2018, j'ai eu envie de changer de vie et émis le souhait de partir à l'étranger. Quanteam a été très ouvert et m'a proposé une mobilité vers le bureau New Yorkais du cabinet, ainsi qu'une mission chez un de ses prestigieux clients dans le secteur Bancaire. Très efficace dans leur accompagnement, les équipes de Quanteam North America se sont occupé de tout le process administratif (green card...) et, en trois mois, j'ai pu rejoindre les Etats-Unis. Là-bas, j'ai découvert une nouvelle culture et un nouveau continent, tout en gardant le lien avec ce qui fait la force de l'ADN Quanteam : la proximité avec le management (Jean Etienne) et les équipes, ainsi que la convivialité qu'on retrouve aux détours des événements organisés régulièrement par le cabinet (afterwork roof-top, match de basket NBA, croisière en bateau...).
