We're searching for an experienced part-time Bridal Consultant to join our team on Sundays and to potentially fill in on other days, as needed.

This position pays base salary, commission (once fully trained and working independently) tips, and sales incentive pay.

In this role, it will be your job to help brides select wedding gowns and accessories for their wedding. You'll start this process by helping the client to define their style preferences through an informal interview. Then, you'll make specific product recommendations that align with the client's style goals.

To do well in this role, you will need to be very familiar with the latest trends in wedding style.

You should also have excellent customer service skills, as making our clients happy is the most important part of this job.

Bridal Stylist Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to determine their style preferences
• Recommend specific wedding products, such as gowns and accessories, based on those preferences
• Consult the client to help them unify their wedding under an identifiable style
• Remain knowledgeable on the latest trends in wedding fashion
• Assist customers with gown fittings
• Inform customers about their various options for wedding gowns and accessories

Bridal Stylist Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous bridal sales experience with proven sales record
• Ability to connect with people from various backgrounds
• Knowledge of the latest wedding fashions
• Ability to help brides define and carry out a stylistic vision for their wedding
• Flexibility in scheduling in order to accommodate sameday appointments
• Experience with Bridallive a plus

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
