    Are you passionate about food and thrive in a bustling environment? We're looking for a Front End Restaurant Manager to join our clients' team and be the heartbeat of their establishments. If you're a natural leader with a love for food, excellent people skills, and a knack for keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you

    Responsibilities of the Front End Restaurant Manager will include:

    • Prepare food on the line alongside the team, ensuring orders are made quickly and accurately.
    • Maintain a clean and presentable dining room, overseeing staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
    • Hire, train, and manage staff, including handling disciplinary actions when necessary.
    • Order food supplies to keep the kitchen stocked and running smoothly.

    Qualifications of the Front End Restaurant Manager:
    • Passionate about food and a people person who can be the face of the restaurant.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multitasking with ease.
    • Comfortable being on their feet all day, actively engaging with customers and employees.
    • Energetic and outgoing, capable of making customers feel welcomed and valued.
    • Excellent communication skills to motivate and inspire staff.
    • Able to maintain a positive attitude even during busy periods.
    • Enthusiastic about creating a memorable dining experience for all patrons.
    Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $55,000, DOE.
