Your responsibilities:
- As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d), you will work in the BahnCard Service and support our customers with all inquiries related to the BahnCard.
- You will provide competent and friendly advice to our end customers regarding all offers and processes related to the BahnCard, both by phone and in writing.
- Handling BahnCard correspondence through all communication channels is also part of your responsibilities.
- You will take care of system processes such as ordering and card management in connection with the BahnCard.
Requirements:
- You have a strong customer orientation and patiently and friendly address customer concerns.
- Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are excellent.
- You enjoy working in customer service, are serviceoriented, and can keep a clear head even in hectic situations.
- You have a structured work style and a quick grasp of new concepts.
- Ideally, you have experience in customer consulting or customer service.
- You have no difficulties working with systems and digital tools.
