Your responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d), you will work in the BahnCard Service and support our customers with all inquiries related to the BahnCard.
You will provide competent and friendly advice to our end customers regarding all offers and processes related to the BahnCard, both by phone and in writing.
Handling BahnCard correspondence through all communication channels is also part of your responsibilities.
You will take care of system processes such as ordering and card management in connection with the BahnCard.

Requirements:

You have a strong customer orientation and patiently and friendly address customer concerns.
Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are excellent.
You enjoy working in customer service, are serviceoriented, and can keep a clear head even in hectic situations.
You have a structured work style and a quick grasp of new concepts.
Ideally, you have experience in customer consulting or customer service.
You have no difficulties working with systems and digital tools.
