• The operations team members are responsible for assisting in the execution of all the back end operations for our events. Back end operations include; warehouse work, assisting with the culinary and front of house operations, and loading and unloading equipment on and off of trucks._

• Assist loading products and equipment onto Nicole's vehicles at our catering facility.
• Unloading trucks and equipment at event venues to the proper locations.
• Assist with setting up any event spaces as needed. Set up areas may include, but are not limited to, kitchen locations, breakdown stations, front of house areas.
• Supporting the culinary team with any necessary tasks including plating salads, assisting with the preparation of food, and keeping the kitchen areas clean.
• Support the front of house team as needed taking direction from the FOH Captain and managers.
• Break down all necessary equipment and clean spaces that our staff has used. Loadingall necessary equipment into Nicole's vehicles for transport back to our catering facility.
• Pack the Nicole's vehicles in a way to ensure the safe transport of all equipment andproducts without anything breaking.
• When back at our facility, assist with unloading the vehicles and putting equipment intheir appropriate locations.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Work as a team to accomplish any necessary tasks and communicate with the appropriate parties as needed.
• Other tasks may be assigned by management at any time.

• Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds unassisted.
• Must have Saturday and Sunday availability.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
