    Description
    Tequila Enemigo was born out of difference, not conformity, and a relentless focus on quality.

    We believe in taking a stand against style over substance. To be the enemy of this reality, hence the name "Enemigo". Founded by Sebastian Gonzalez, Robin Clough and Max Davies-Gilbert and successfully launched in London in 2017.
    In 2018, Enemigo entered the US, and is now distributed in multiple key states with major distribution partners.

    In 2023 Enemigo will expand its footprint globally seeking to replicate its enormous success in the UK in EMEA, and continuing to aggressively rise in the United States.

    Enemigo's Tequilas have won 15 Double Golds (more than any other brand), 5 Tequila of the Year Awards and 60+ Awards in total, cementing its title as the most celebrated Tequila as well as being featured in Forbes, CNN, Tatler, Robb Report and Business Insider amongst many others.

    Responsibilities:
    Will play a key role in Enemigo's expansion across the Western region.
    Assist on Enemigo's development, growth, and expansion with distribution and account management in the tristate area.
    Responsible for the deal flow, forecasting, merchandising, reporting, incentivization, channel plans, and signing-off of commercial deals.
    Advising the board of new accounts, distribution, and partnership opportunities as well as team building and recruiting.
    Growing the US team with sales and brand ambassador's dependent on market requirements.
    Accountable for signing off and delivering on US commercial plans including marketing,
    and strategy.
    Monthly reporting against KPIs and Targets

    Requirements:
    Must be based out of the Southern CA area.
    An experienced operator - within the alcohol space (spirits preferred) with a 'can-do' mentality.
    Must have a strong network of buyers, owners and GMs in luxury hospitality and retails venues.

    Entrepreneurial Instincts - Knows the current ins and outs of the industry but also sees new opportunities that others are missing—ability to communicate new opportunities and develop new initiatives with all stakeholders - from bartenders to board-level executives.

    Wealth of knowledge - Great connections with importers, distributors, and accounts across the tristate area.
    Luxury / Premium Focused - Experience and passion working and leading FMCG brands at the premium level.

    Data-driven and Financially Proficient - Gathers insights from data and is comfortable understanding and creating detailed sales and financial reports using multiple tools including excel.

    Strong Communicator - We are a distributed team spending a lot of time in market so
    is highly encouraged.
    Problem Solver- able to present solutions when issues arise, not just highlight the problem. Is proactive in their approach and can think laterally.
    Believer - Passionate belief in Enemigo's ethos as both a brand and a liquid. Relishes showing their passion to the rest of the world.
    Traveler - Enjoys a significant amount of travel, comfortable being away from home for extended periods.
    Linguist - Speaks fluent English and ideally Spanish.
