    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Part of a global team that executes both short- and long-term plans and programs to ensure the profitable growth and expansion of the Company
    • Understand the competitive dynamics of U.S. Channel industry including OEM/ODM Business Model and prepare company strategic planning for Sales and Marketing in the U.S.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies and reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, and pricing trend
    • Grow existing key customer accounts
    • Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows to generate leads and develop customer relationships and maintain/manage accounts
    • Contract Negotiation (MDSA, SOW, etc.)
    • Prepare marketing and sales activity reports and others as required
    • Manage day-to-day sales operations

    Qualifications:

    • - 10 years of industry experience with an emphasis on sales or engineering
    • Track record of years of progressively advancing account management and/or business development experience
    • Demonstrates strong knowledge of global supply chain business models
    • A good understanding of Industrial Device development, manufacturing and service
    • Prior experience in a multinational environment and strong intercultural skills
    • Ability to work together as a team and communicate well internally and externally, both written and spoken with a high regard for adequate reporting and customer relationship management
    • Ability to target and qualify new opportunities and help guide these projects to design win
    • Detailed knowledge of the R&D and manufacturing process
    • The ability to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Ability to successfully influence senior level management, executives and key clients
    • English fluent , as work language. Chinese is a plus
