- Facilitate the implementation of legally binding agreements for private loans, manage changes in asset ownership, and solve complex transactional challenges for charter banks and asset owners
- Perform various account reconciliations and financial analysis for a portfolio of loans, with transaction activity ranging from tens of millions to hundreds of millions of dollars
- Responsible for financial reporting activities for company-owned assets, including subsidiary/VIE/SPV entities
- Implementation of process improvements, as well as providing enhancements to the overall control environment
- Oversee a variety of end-of-month processes for accrual accounting and financial reporting within the Controller's Group
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting/finance or a related field; experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or a related field; familiarity with Management Information Systems (MIS) and/or SQL is a plus.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLES, etc.
