JOB SUMMARY

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collect and review procedural documents and training documents for each process- Revise existing procedures or create those that are needed for each process- Tracking Instructions and checklists for procedures within each process that can used for training existing and new employees- Create audit process to audit process flow and standards to process documentation- Process & track measurables to show performance to standards established- Create a Dashboard for employees to review measurables and reports on process performance against the standards

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; preferably in Operations or Business Management; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Operations.
