We are seeking an Operations Product Analyst to join our Operations team.

The Operations Product Analyst is responsible for providing end-to-end and User Acceptance product/project validation during pre
- and post-production releases for our business products and initiatives. This will be accomplished by analyzing business and technical requirements, reviewing technical specs, writing test scripts while ensuring appropriate process controls and protocols are being followed.


The Operations Product Analyst will be uniquely qualified to perform these duties from a business standpoint and will be allocated by needs of the Operations team.


When not engaged in these activities, the Operations Product Analyst will work in conjunction with our Project Management team, to provide basic project and product management tasks under the direction of the Project Management Office.


Essential Functions

  • Create business focused use cases, test routines and test cases in support of Business products and initiatives.
  • Develop endtoend and User Acceptance test scenarios, to be able to successfully complete user acceptance, integration, and regression testing. Manage Business case test results through to required sign off into production.
  • Learn the current process for existing programs and processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute to efficiency and optimization.
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity, troubleshoot system issues, identify path for resolution, and ensure resolution occurs.
  • Create SQL queries and analyze results to support Business testing, Project and Product documentation and compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working on major technical software project.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methods of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Work, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Knowledge of business management principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively and collaborate with crossfunctional teams and across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to frequently changing demands, reprioritization of workload and high sense of urgency.
  • Ability to problemsolve, multitask and quickly learn new skills, technologies, and business processes.
