    Job Description

    Who We Are: CAMBA is a community that collaborates to create an inclusive New York City. With over 180 programs across the city, we serve more than 65,000 individuals and families annually.

    Ready, Set, Go (RSG): A program supporting parents with children ages 0-3 in early learning. By providing educational resources and support, we aim to keep children on track for future schooling success.

    Position: Parent Coordinator

    Reports To: Senior Vice President

    Locations:

    • Landing Family Shelter
    • Kings Inn Family Shelter

    What The Parent Coordinator Does:

    • Assist parents with daycare subsidy and local services availability
    • Ensure children are enrolled in pre-K
    • Promote awareness and enrollment in WIC
    • Facilitate educational presentations on various topics
    • Collaborate on data analysis and evaluation
    • Provide counseling and support services
    • Monitor client progress and goals
    • Organize social events and support groups
    • Develop recommendations for staff training
    • Liaise with external organizations and prepare marketing materials

    Minimum Education/Experience Required:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

    Other Requirements:

    • Must have necessary clearances
    • Spanish fluency required

    Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 annually

    Status: Full-time (35 hours per week)
