Danielle Barbieri

My name is Danielle Barbieri and I have worked in the healthcare and education field as an Occupational Therapist for the past 4 years. I am efficient in inter-professional collaboration, managing a large client caseload, written and verbal communication/documentation, proactive outreach, and retaining clients. I have taken courses on Hubspot Academy, Trailhead for Salesforce, and received a certificate from Aspireship in Customer Success Foundations to increase my technical skills. I am ready to transition into a Customer Success role with my professional skills.

Prior to receiving my MS degree, I worked several jobs in customer service, including in retail and in a restaurant. I also completed clinical rotations during graduate school in home-care and outpatient settings.

• Virtual Occupational Therapist (March 2020 - June 2021)
  • Interfaced with families/students through Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Classroom. 
  • Educated parents on strategies that can be used in the home environment.

  • Proficient written work: daily notes, progress notes, and IEPs (including SMART goals). 
  • Effectively managed 40 one-on-one client sessions per week.

  • After school program where I managed a group of up to 4 students with 2 other professionals.

I have a MS in Occupational Therapy and a BS in Chemistry/Health Studies. I have a certificate in Customer Success Foundations from Aspireship, and have taken courses on Udemy, Hubspot Academy, and Trailhead.
