Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:
Handle company payroll efficiently and accurately
Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment and ensuring competitiveness
Leave of Absence Management:
Administer leave of absence programs in compliance with company policies and regulations
Performance Management:
Coach managers on performance and talent management, administer reviews and surveys using our HRIS
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Lead staffing processes, from recruitment needs assessment to onboarding
Safety Committee Leadership:
Ensure a safe workplace environment by leading the safety committee
HRIS Management:
Become the HRIS knowledge center, assisting staff with system navigation and inquiries
Employee Relations:
Handle employment-related inquiries and participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
Compliance:
Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations at all levels
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and technological advancements
Culture and Engagement:
Collaborate with company leaders to foster a positive company culture and high employee engagement
Ad-hoc Duties:
Undertake other duties as required to support the HR department and company goals.
