We are looking for a dynamic Senior People Success Business Partner to work in close partnership with leadership in our Expense organization that includes teams in Sales, Product, and Engineering. You should feel comfortable operating as both an HR consultant, coach, and doing hands-on HR work.
In this role, you will work closely with a broad range of senior leadership to understand the business, talent needs, be a culture ambassador, and be an advocate for innovation, positive employee experiences, and driving our People Strategy to fruition
What You'll Do:
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
