Responsibilities:


  • Advise managers and employees on complex performance issues providing solid guidance on legal and regulatory trends to reduce potential business liabilities.
  • Lead regional focal reviews and talent assessments through collaboration and partnership with senior management and HR COEs.
  • Amplify our core values, create high employee engagement, and elevate our talent brand.
  • Advise and consult client groups on organizational design, team effectiveness, and integration.
  • Collaborate with SSC and provide policy interpretation, counseling, and training for employees and managers on programs, policies, and procedures; ensure fairness and legal compliance.
  • Solve problems and identify root causes of various complex issues and design quickly implementable solutions across geographies.
  • Support immigration cases, teambuilding events, and office operations.
  • Partner with HR COEs to answer employee questions and own employee daytoday experience.

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of Human Resources clientfacing or relevant experience.
  • Experience in driving or participating in effective Performance Management, Employee Relations, Career Development, and Recognition programs.
  • Good knowledge of Human Resources practices and demonstrated success in providing solutions to leadership in a complex and fastmoving environment.
  • Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and working in an environment that requires flexibility includes experience developing/delivering presentations or having discussions across various audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A deep desire to learn, contribute and add value daily.
  • Ability to overcome resistance and effectively manage change.
