Your Responsibilities:


  • Support, advise, and assist management at the production site in all personnelrelated matters
  • Independently develop and implement operational HR tasks within the entire employee life cycle
  • Actively support the recruitment of specialists and managers, as well as organizational changes
  • Ensure compliance with all labor, social security, and tax laws, as well as company regulations
  • Close and trusting collaboration with the local works council
  • Design and further develop HR processes, as well as participation in various HR projects
  • Report to the HR manager at the site

Your Profile:


  • Completed degree in psychology, business administration, or alternatively, a commercial or personnelrelated training with further education
  • Several years of relevant practical experience as an HR business partner in a production/factory environment
  • Confident handling of operational HR topics
  • Good knowledge of labor law and experience in successful cooperation with employee representation bodies
  • Strong service orientation, communication skills, combined with high reliability and conscientious work ethic
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, ideally experience with HR software Personio, and good English skills
