Your responsibilities:

Organizing the procurement process
Creating purchase orders, verifying order confirmations, tracking delivery dates, and monitoring offers while ensuring cost and quality standards
Identifying new sources of supply
Constantly monitoring prices and negotiating with suppliers
Maintaining and updating master data
Close communication and cooperation with all relevant departments
Independently handling returns and complaints

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship
At least 2 years of experience in materials management
Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel
Basic knowledge of Sage 100 or a comparable ERP system
Experience with documentation and regulations of a quality management system, as well as supporting external and internal audits
Structured and analytical thinking, proactive planning, and excellent negotiation skills
Fluent in German and proficient in English
