Managing Partner (MP), who acts as a "market maker" and oversees a group of Vicos, similar to a group of companies.

While our marketing and sales team generates client leads, MPs are responsible for bringing clients and Vicos together to work on exceptional projects.

Being an MP at Vicoland is like being a director at a consultancy or agency, but with more entrepreneurial opportunities and potential for professional and financial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements for your group of Vicos, from matching clients with the right Vicos to building longterm relationships. (Our sales team will hand over client relationships to you once they have expressed interest
