About the team

The RD team is building a core technology team for TikTok to ensure its sustainable development, providing the best-in-class product experience for all of our users, helping users enjoy their time on TikTok and gain privacy protection trust.


Responsibilities:


  • Partner with R&D mid platform engineering business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement highquality HR practices within the team.
  • Coach leaders on peoplerelated matters including talent assessment, development, and succession; organization effectiveness, and highperforming team dynamics
  • Proactively manages and resolves complex employee relations issues and legal risk; ensure manager and employee compliance with company policies and procedures, and governmental regulations, partner with the legal department to support investigations as needed
  • Provide guidance and assist in the implementation of business restructures, workforce planning, and headcount modeling
  • Enhance employee development & management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback; execute a goalsetting agenda with 360 performance evaluations and oversee the formal performance review and calibrations process
  • Manage HR operation activities when in needs

Qualifications:


Minimum Qualifications:


  • 5+ years HR experience, HRBP experience preferred.
  • Experience with performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated project management and change management experience and ability to drive programs independently.
  • Analytical and data management skills with experience translating data into action planning.
  • Interpersonal communication skills and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge and experience in the technology or Internet business preferred.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $220000 annually.
