    Job DescriptionJob Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a local non-profit who is need of Helpdesk / Customer Service candidates. Position is fully on site in Rockville, MD. Interested candidates should apply for immediate consideration.

    Responsibilities:
    • Receive incoming calls and make outgoing calls
    • Answer questions and provide guidance to callers
    • Assist callers with any account issues.
    • Data entry

    Qualifications/Background Profile:
    • Professional demeanor and strong verbal and written communication
    • Strong keyboarding skills
    • Ability to multi-task among multiple platforms / software
    • High School diploma / GED required
    • Experience with outbound calls
    • Bilingual English / Spanish a plus
