Job Summary:

The Call Center Representative provides excellent customer service to inbound and outbound callers in a professional manner.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Answer high call volumes on a daily basis
  • Communicates with all care teams to promote information transparency and continuity
  • Schedule patient appointments according to provider templates and referring physician offices
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation
  • Collect past due balances for all patients and balance daily patient charges against computer
  • Respond promptly and professionally to patient needs
  • Obtain verification of benefits information from the patient's insurance company
  • Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customeroriented communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Knowledge of MS Excel

Education and Experience:


  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • 1 year of previous patient care/customer service experience preferred

Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
