Job Summary:
We are looking for a full-time individual with a dynamic personality to join our medical front office team. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, patient check-in/out, and financial counseling. We seek dedicated individuals who are committed to long-term teamwork.
- Greeting and assisting patients
- Checking patients in and out
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phone calls
- Providing financial counseling to patients
- Collaborating with physicians on healthcare programs
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
- Enforcing healthcare policies and procedures
- Traveling to other clinics when needed
- Performing assigned job duties
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in healthcare or medical fields
- Medical customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged sitting and computer work
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
