motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as
Call Center Representative.
As a
Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers.

You will play a crucial role in
educating customers about our home improvement products and services, identifying their needs, and connecting them with our sales team for a free in-home diagnosis.

Your responsibilities will include:

Making outbound calls to potential customers
(no cold calling):
Engaging customers in meaningful conversations to understand their home improvement needs.
Presenting and explaining our product and service offerings.
Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective customers.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals.
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Qualifications:

-
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problemsolving and negotiation abilities.
Selfmotivated and goaloriented.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Business casual dress code
