As the Production Manager, you will be a key leader within the business to drive an efficient manufacturing operation.

By emphasizing focus and meeting objectives in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory, you will exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding results.

My client is a global company in the industrial space and focus on a variety of areas within the space.

Reporting directly into the Operations Director, you will be responsible for:
Leading a team through daily operations
Lead a team of Production Leaders, Planners, Manufacturing Techs, Production Associates and Test Associates
Lead positive change throughout production by utilizing Lean Manufacturing methods
Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
~5+ years of experience in manufacturing
~3+ years of management or leadership
~ Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
~ Hands on experience on production floor
