Your tasks:
We are looking for commercial specialists for dialogue marketing at our Zweibruecken location to start in August 2024.

Through a combination of theory and practice, you will learn from professionals what is important in your chosen profession and we will prepare you specifically for your career entry.

During the three-year training period:

You will work in various teams, learn professional communication with our customers and external partners, and practice using our information and communication systems.
You will gain a comprehensive understanding of our products and specifically learn about customer service areas for an internet company, such as contract customer service and technical customer service.
You will learn how we determine key performance indicators, manage external service providers, and train our employees, as well as how to present complex information in an understandable way.
You will also be challenged to actively participate in shaping your training and contribute your own ideas and suggestions.

What we are looking for:

You have excellent communication skills and are highly communicative.
You are resistant to stress and always remain friendly and attentive.
You enjoy working with numbers and are not intimidated by large Excel spreadsheets.
You are also determined and independent.
