Description

We are looking for a Sales Clerk (m/f/d) to join our regional Business Area DE at our location in Ulm, East Rockingham.


Your responsibilities will include:
Processing orders and quotations
Providing telephone support and advice to our customers
Monitoring delivery dates and checking invoices
Corresponding with customers and shipping companies
Following up on sales promotions
Maintaining customer contacts
Liaising with other teams such as logistics or accounting


Requirements:
Completed commercial training
Several years of experience in sales support
Good knowledge of IT and MS Office
Experience with Infor LN is an advantage
Quick comprehension and independent and structured work style
Loyalty and reliability
Teamwork and high level of commitment
