    Over the last 10 years, the "Samsung Ad Platform" has delivered high-quality audience targeting to our clients via three core components: Samsung's first-party audience data at scale, world-class data science, and brand-safe cross-device ad inventory.

    And it is the talented people in the Global Product & Engineering (P&E) team who have created and developed this market-leading Ad Platform.


    The Samsung Ads P&E team is spread across USA, Canada, UK, Poland, India and South Korea, and consists of 650+ Product Managers, Software Engineers, Architects, Solutions Engineers, UX Designers, Analysts, Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, and Program Managers.


    They are the backbone of Samsung Ads, having built the ad and data products that enabled our impressive growth over the last decade, all while operating in a highly competitive and volatile marketplace.

    And as Samsung Ads goes through continued transformation in the coming years, it is essential to sustain a work culture where our people can truly thrive during the next stage of growth.

    The Opportunity


    We are looking for someone to work directly with the Head of Transformation & Sustainability (T&S) within the Global Product & Engineering team.


    You will play a critical role in helping to build a thriving organization for our geo-distributed staff across six countries, three continents and multiple time zones.


    You will partner with multiple stakeholders in North America, Europe and Asia, including the wider P&E Leadership team, in-country HR teams, and various site leads and staff.

    Your Responsibilities


    Work as the 'right hand person' to the Head of Transformation & Sustainability, coordinating the successful delivery of our strategic programs and cultural initiatives.


    Manage the coordination and administration of our core programs and initiatives, including our global mentoring program, annual global awards, and the creation, promotion and training of best practice tools and frameworks to drive staff performance and productivity.

    Coordinate the collection of data from various surveys and sources, and the subsequent analysis and presentation of key findings. For example, collating data from the global "Samsung Culture" survey each year, monthly pulse surveys, team workshops and events.


    Help to create written reports and presentations, often for executive-level audiences or large company-wide meetings, including displaying information clearly and succinctly.


    Coordinate the set-up and logistics of overseas workshops and site visits, including liaising with local staff to ensure suitable rooms are available, the right people have been invited, and all technical/AV equipment is working, especially for virtual/remote and hybrid sessions.


    Coordinate meetings across different time zones and teams, including with the P&E Culture Committee, overseas HR teams, and other stakeholders.

    This includes calendaring, preparing agendas, taking notes, sharing actions, and chasing people for updates before and after meetings.

    Coordinate materials for large internal meetings and events, such as quarterly 'All Hands' meetings and 'Town Halls'.

    This includes collecting content from various site leads, department heads and other contributors, then editing, formatting and building high-quality presentation slides.

    Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

    Ideally proficient in Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.

    Ideally proficient working in Project Management tools like Confluence and Jira.

    Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

    Two years experience in a coordinator role within operations management, non-technical project management, or corporate event planning.

    Ideally, experience in a transformation and sustainability role, focused on culture, people, performance and productivity.

    Ideally, experience working within a large technology.
