  • As the Finance Transformation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational change and transformation. You will leverage your strong understanding of accounting principles, exceptional analytical skills, and proficiency in the system used for account reconciliations to oversee the general ledger and monitor the reconciliation process. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement process improvements, and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role requires a passion for solving complex problems and generating crossfunctional solutions, as well as the ability to develop digital solutions and communicate complex concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field / CPA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in general accounting and compliance
  • Proficient user of SAP or similar ERP system and MS Applications
  • Proven ability to leverage performance, development, and talent to drive organizational change
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers across the organization
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Passion for solving complex problems and generating crossfunctional solutions
  • Ability and desire to develop digital solutions, with proven skills in the following areas

  • Responsibilities

  • Oversee the general ledger and the system used for account reconciliations
  • Monitor the reconciliation process and provide guidance to the team responsible for performing reconciliations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Support financial audits and compliance reviews
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, making adjustments as necessary
  • Prepare and present reports on the progress and impact of accounting initiatives
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
