Title - Sr. UX Researcher / UX Designer (Automotive)

Location - Mountain View, California (onsite only)

Job Description:

5+ Experience as a UX Designer (UX Researcher) and to collaborate with team to plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies.
Mandatory experience in Automotive domain / Aerospace / Aviation domains
Mandatory experience in Human Factors Engineer or human centered design or Human Computer Interaction (HFE or HCD or HCI experience)

Mandatory experience

Use a diverse set of UX research tools and methods to conduct primary and secondary user research.

Mandatory experience

Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research and to Ability to quickly and effectively share research results.
Perform market and user research
Perform usability studies with users.

Preferred

Knowledge of the German Language (added advantage as there'd be lots of interactions with German counterparts)
Experience of working with software development teams and methods to bring products to market.
Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions.
Experience and proficiency with remote testing tools.
Ability to function as a bridge across disciplines, such as Design, Product, Engineering, and Marketing for the coordination and delivery of multiple projects.
Expertise in Digital Transformation.

Pay:
$64, $100,000.00 per year
