    Compensation

    At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

    Zone A: $134,700 - $179,600

    Zone B: $121,200 - $161,600

    Zone C: $111,800 - $$149,000

    This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

    As the Senior Technical Portfolio Manager for our Business Transformation team, you will coordinate across our program areas to prioritize work, identify dependencies, risks and challenges, facilitate decisions, and help guide work forward. You will report to the Head of OKR Program Delivery.

    You'll improve Customer Support programs by solving important business problems and improve the support interactions for our internal and external customers upon successful completion. Our portfolio includes programs to achieve our Objectives & Key Results for Atlassian such as server to cloud migrations, risk & compliance, scaling our operational tooling, advancements in knowledge management, and delivering product insights. This is a remote position. To help our teams work together, you will be located in the US timezone(s).

    What you'll do

    Work with program teams and partners to depict the current state of programs throughout The Atlassian Way in our work tracking platforms

    Align dependencies to deliver decisions and clear priorities to keep program work moving forward.

    Communicate progress of our programs by collaborating with primary team members on KR accomplishments, wins, and operational impact to support the Business Transformation rituals.

    Escalate risks and blockers to leadership and program partners for the forward rolling six months.

    Lead communication and support change management efforts in our internal organization to ensure the use of our program outputs to improve efficiency.

    Document and maintain internal program management processes and tooling and identify gaps in current processes and tooling. Present design solutions to close gaps and lead the implementation efforts of the solutions.

    8+ years of professional experience in program management or business analysis.

    Experience working with a variety of program scopes, developing a strategy informed by research, and creating the implementation and change plan.

    Experience with Agile methodology - roadmap planning, building epics, user stories and backlog

    Methods for presenting complex business and technical plans to a senior leadership audience.

    Experience using enterprise work tracking platforms to communicate portfolio details and reports.
