    However, we recognize that we must be building more offerings for our SMB, MM, and SP customers with accountants' needs in mind to maintain our deep partnership ties.

    Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of working successfully across internal teams and external communities to unleash partner and business outcomes.

    We are looking for equal parts quantitative-synthesizer, accountant-need strategist, coalition-building activator, and business-focused executor.
    Run minimum efficient process to streamline Voice of Accountant (VOA) quant and qual data synthesis to deliver empirically sound prioritization using auditable analytics, and partner with product, GTM, Sales, and Customer success team
    With the direction of the Partner Transformations Leader, build out the top priorities to unlock the opportunity, customer-, partner-, and data-back


    Coalition Building Activator :

    Building on your partner empathy and strategy synthesis, you will co-create plans with the appropriate segment teams to deliver against top VOA and ensure our Say/Do builds trust and inspires increasing amounts of partner confidence.


    Own the Partners Transformation pillar:
    In partnership with segment champions and the relevant teams, drive the creation and execution of action plans to win the hearts and minds of accountants: Publish a partner-facing version of this list quarterly to the community and provide monthly updates on progress in our Monthly In The Know Webinars to accelerate their visibility into our Say/Do ratio, better understand our strategy, and grow their confidence in our partnership with them
