    Exciting Opportunity: Office Services Associate

    Location: Manhattan, NY

    Shift: Mon-Fri

    Hours: 10:00am-7:00pm

Experience in Mail Services and Hospitality Service is preferred.

    What You Will Do:

    As an Office Services Associate, you will support the administrative functions for the team. Communicating with clients for office services requests, ensuring the smooth operation of the team.

    Client Experience Champion: Build unbreakable bonds with clients, turning every interaction into an opportunity to impress and improve.

    • Build strong client relationships, continuously improve, and maintain customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues, and communicate customer satisfaction results
    • Conduct regular floor tours to ensure the overall space is in optimal appearance and condition
    • Greet and assist all guests with utmost courtesy and urgency, proactively opening doors and supporting guests and visitors in securing workspace aligned with the client's hoteling culture and mobile way of working
    • Work with the facility maintenance team to ensure a pristine space, promptly reporting and addressing any issues such as furniture stains, damaged carpet, lighting problems, etc.

    Meeting and Office Services Maestro: Whether it's setting up the perfect meeting space or ensuring our mail services are flawless, your attention to detail makes every moment in our office seamless.

    • Monitor meeting rooms for timely participant arrivals and departures, address no-show bookings, and ensure the correct number of participants are booked
    • Perform regular floor tours to maintain optimal appearance and condition throughout the entire space
    • Set up training and conference rooms according to the client's specifications, including following diagrams and special event forms. Adjust room sizes by moving airwalls as needed
    • Sort and distribute mail
    • Replenish office supplies, snacks and beverages on each floor periodically
