LMIABA Solutions is currently seeking to hire an experienced
Admin Coordinator - Specialized in Operations, as the primary goal will be office work.
Administrative Coordinators for agency for Special Needs children and children diagnosed with Autism.
The role is responsible for overseeing a variety of tasks, which encompass administrative duties, light stuffing, onboarding, intake and possibly involvement in some bookkeeping.
This role involves managing non-clinical aspects within an organization, and the responsibilities may extend to handling administrative tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and functioning of the agency.
Major/Essential Functions
- Organize and maintain Client/ Employee electronic record keeping system in accordance with HIPAA
- Human Resources skills: onboarding, intake and background checks of Clients/Employee Referrals
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and other ethical standards.
- Maintaining bookkeeping and ongoing monthly billing
- QuickBooks
- Computer fluency in Microsoft Suite
- Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects.
- Ability to work in teams and work effectively under stressful situations, ability to plan and organize.

Required Qualifications
-High school diploma
-Knowledge of ABA Terminology
-Proficient in QuickBooks
Pay:
$ $1,000.00 per week
