    Terrace is a regulatory-compliant infrastructure layer and terminal that enables institutions to access DeFi.

    Terrace offers a curated, security-verified selection of DeFi pools across protocols and multiple blockchain networks with seamless money movement through both a set of APIs and a user interface.

    Terrace abstracts away the complexity of engaging with dozens of protocols across multiple blockchains (custody, money movement, security, back-office/accounting, execution, etc.) so investors can focus on investing.

    Role
    This is an exciting opportunity to join Terrace as the first Technical Recruiter on the recruiting team. You will directly partner with founders to source talent and build robust talent pipelines.
    Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the organization
    Continuously strive to improve the recruiting process using data and analyzing market trends.
    Be a Terrace ambassador and provide a welcoming and delightful candidate experience.

    Research markets, companies, teams, and role types to help drive a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for available and upcoming roles.

    Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry
    Innovate and drive diversity sourcing strategies using various tools to help influence sourcing strategy.
    About You
    1+ years of in-house experience

    Experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates and manage them through the hiring process.

    Ability to network and build long-term relationships with passive candidates
    You're a problem solver and have a bias toward action
    You pride yourself on being a strategic partner to the business and keeping up with technical talent market trends
    You love data (both quantitative and qualitative) and utilize it to influence your sourcing strategy
    Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and execute our hiring plans
    You understand the importance of data integrity and following internal processes. You maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's ATS.
