- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling and providing feedback to candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to negotiate offers and assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
- Proven track record as a technical recruiter, with experience in hiring for software engineering, IT, or related roles.
- Deep understanding of technical skills and terminology to effectively assess candidate qualifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
