Day in and day out, Recruiters are tasked with sourcing the ideal candidates for our clients' staffing needs, conducting thorough interviews via phone, face-to-face interactions, and leveraging our internal database, job boards, and networking channels.
This role offers a platform for honing business acumen, gaining insight into technical skills, and cultivating a sense of urgency.
Alongside mastering recruitment essentials, each Recruiter is paired with an Account Manager who acts as a mentor, fostering personal, professional, and financial growth.
Promotions, averaging 6-9 months, are earned through merit, not simply tenure.What will you do?
Use innovative sourcing and marketing/branding techniques to engage both active and passive candidates; sourcing tools include but not limited to: LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook, and industry-oriented sites & blogs
Create pipeline of high-quality technical talent and understands how to source for niche skills; and foster long-term relationships with them for future positions
Conduct in-depth screens and assesses potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, compensation and convert hard to find passive talent through your understanding of the business and employee value proposition
Actively manage candidate experience and expectations throughout the recruitment process
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Use job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Lead offer preparation and negotiations with candidates
Stay informed of industry trends, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting techniques to attract and compete in a competitive market for talent
Maintain and support the reporting processes and is excited to tell stories with data
What do you need to succeed?
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 0-2 years recruiting experience.
The ideal candidate loves to recruit and can think creatively to help identify the best in class talent in emerging spaces
Has a strong client service bias and a positive, can-do attitude ensuring that all client needs are met
Holds the candidate experience in high regard and can demonstrate agility and patience through difficult situations
Responsive and focused on the quality of hire while maintaining a sense of urgency to meet all client needs
Enjoys process and identifying opportunities to continually improve
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and build relationships
Pay Range:
$65,000—$200,000+ USD
