You Will:
Provide military personnel management analysis to assist and support the staff with the management of military personnel and the overall Command military personnel policies, procedures, training, and programs. Ensure military programs, including awards and decorations, are coordinated, and meet appropriate timelines for submission for approval. Provide recommendations for optimizing program management and ensuring compliance with appropriate administrative guidelines and policies. Develop briefings, information papers, agendas, and other documents, as required by the government client. Support military and civilian personnel in-and-out processing. Maintain personnel databases.
