Portfolio Controller
A quickly growing management company is looking for a Portfolio Controller to join their growing team.

Hybrid schedule, annual bonus, and benefits A great opportunity for an established Portfolio Controller or a Senior Property Accountant looking to take the next step.

Essential functions:
Maintain integrity of financial information for assigned portfolio in compliance with GAAP
Oversee all aspects of client accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, inventory management, and financial reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensuring quality control for financial reporting and transactions
Prepare and monitor budget and forecast activities
Track receivables, obligations, and risks
Been a team lead

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related discipline) required; MBA preferred
CPA or CPA Candidate
4+ years of accounting experience required; ideally public accounting
Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX
Knowledge of Yardi is a major plus
