    Professional Search Group OC is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join their clients team As the Inside Sales Specialist, your main role is to nurture existing relationships and cultivate new partnerships with retail outlets, encompassing natural, specialty, and grocery stores. Your efforts will drive the client's sales growth and expand product reach within the retail market. Additionally, you may be called upon to conduct product demonstrations, facilitate in-store training sessions, and engage in various customer education activities, necessitating occasional travel.

    Inside Sales Specialist Key Responsibilities:

    • Meet predetermined sales objectives by deploying effective business development, sales, and customer service strategies.
    • Proactively engage with existing and potential retail accounts through outbound sales calls, aiming to boost sales volumes.
    • Foster strong rapport and lasting connections with customers through exemplary service, conducting regular maintenance calls to meet sales targets.
    • Stay abreast of product knowledge updates and regularly educate customers about our offerings.
    • Keep retail account contacts informed about new products, promotions, and marketing initiatives, ensuring compliance with Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies.
    • Maintain accurate and updated records of account information using Ecometry database and Retail Call Status log.
    • Develop innovative approaches to promote and sell new products while expanding distribution channels for existing ones, leveraging industry insights and competitor analysis.
    • Collaborate on sales projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to set objectives.
    • Execute company sales plans and strategies as instructed or trained.
    • Provide precise and timely reporting and documentation as required.

    Inside Sales Specialist Qualifications:

    • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
    • Proficient in MS Office and Internet usage.
    • Strong aptitude for phone-based selling and customer service.
    • Demonstrated skills in sales strategy, business development, and account management.
    • Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Effective time management skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
    • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, including report writing and presenting information.
    • Capacity to respond adeptly to inquiries from diverse groups, including managers, clients, and customers.
