Position Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Proactively manage and nurture prospects through the sales funnel, maintaining regular communication to guide them through the purchasing process.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all online inquiries and customer requests, providing accurate information about vehicle availability, pricing, and financing options.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers through effective communication and active listening skills.
  • Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations to showcase vehicle features and benefits, addressing customer questions and concerns to ensure a positive buying experience.
  • Collaborate with Management to schedule test drives, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales agreements, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely followup.
  • Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, industry developments, and competitive offerings to effectively position our products and services in the marketplace.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customerfacing role, with a track record of managing prospects and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms,, CRM systems, and dealer websites.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to attentively engage with online customers, building relationships remotely and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Selfmotivated with a proactive mindset and a willingness to adapt to changing technologies and market conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
