    Position Overview:

    As the Used Car Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of our pre-owned vehicle department, including procurement, pricing, merchandising, and sales. You will work with a team of dedicated sales professionals to achieve sales targets, uphold quality standards, and deliver an unparalleled customer experience.     Responsibilities:

    1. Oversee the acquisition, appraisal, and stocking of pre-owned vehicles to maintain a diverse and high-quality inventory.
    2. Develop pricing strategies and market analysis to ensure competitive pricing and maximize profitability.
    3. Implement effective merchandising techniques to showcase vehicles online and on the dealership lot, enhancing their appeal to prospective buyers.
    4. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing ongoing training and development to optimize performance.
    5. Set sales targets and goals for the used car department, monitoring progress and implementing strategies to achieve desired results.
    6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and advertising strategies to attract customers and drive traffic to the dealership.
    7. Conduct regular vehicle inspections and reconditioning processes to maintain inventory quality and ensure compliance with dealership standards.
    8. Manage trade-in vehicles and wholesale transactions, negotiating fair prices and maximizing profitability.
    9. Foster positive relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
    10. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

    Qualifications:

    1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales management, with a focus on pre-owned vehicles.
    2. Proven track record of success in driving sales performance, achieving targets, and maximizing profitability.
    3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards common goals.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with customers and team members.
    5. In-depth knowledge of automotive financing, trade-in processes, and dealership operations.
    6. Familiarity with CRM systems, inventory management tools, and digital marketing platforms.
    7. Passion for luxury automobiles and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
    8. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
