- Maintain up-to-date data in our CRM through direct communication with our Sales team, clients, and leads
- Respond to administrative inquiries from Ivy Link staff and clients
- Respond to sales inquiries from existing clients and new leads, providing initial phone and video consultations when necessary
- Assist with developing and updating internal company materials such as policy and procedure manuals
- Provide Ivy Link instructors with up-to-date tutoring and advising materials
- Support Sales, Marketing, and Business Development functions through market research, content creation, and other administrative tasks
- Coordinate with our Marketing team to update Ivy Link's website to reflect seasonal services, and make general improvements.
- Assess the education needs of current and potential clients, and flag potential sales opportunities by applying an understanding of the testing and application cycles throughout the academic year
- Provide forecasts and reports on sales activities and projects to Ivy Link staff
- Continuously monitor and refine operational processes to adapt to changing business needs
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in business operations and/or office administration (Strong preference given to candidates with familiarity with admissions process and testing requirements for highly selective colleges, or luxury brands/services and private schools.)
- BA/BS degree
- Excellent written and oral communication capabilities
- Ability to work independently to get things done, combined with skills to collaborate with other team members
- Familiarity with Squarespace, Hubspot, Mailchimp, and other standard office technologies

Description
Ivy Link is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with previous administrative experience to run our day-to-day operations, including client account management and sales.
This multi-faceted, remote position in a fast-growing company offers talented and enthusiastic candidates the opportunity for advancement to a full-time and/or senior-level role. If you thrive in a flexible, creative work environment and are looking for growth opportunities, this position would be a great fit. The ideal candidate will also have experience working in and leading small teams.
Compensation: Hourly, $20-35/hour or commensurate with experience (weekly flat-fee option is available, as well); Full-time opportunity after 4-8 months with company.
