An iconic Italian Restaurant established in 1983, and located on the UWS is seeking a talented Operations/Finance Manager. We are busy serving our favorite neighbors, friends and visitors alike, with consistent, warm and delicious service.


Responsibilities:

• Financial analysis
• Account reconciliations
• Financial reporting
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Financial reporting

to key stakeholders

• Payroll, analysis, employee on and offboarding
• Data entry
• Record keeping
• Maintenance, scheduling, maintenance logs
• Licensing (overseeing and executing renewals as well as any new and necessary licenses)
• Customer service

Qualifications:

• Quickbooks experience 2+ years
• Financial analysis

3+ years

• Toast POS preferred
• Proven track record of meeting targets and KPI"s
• Even keeled temperament
• Punctual
• Reliable
• Problem solver

Pay:
$65, $75,000.00 per year
