IPv4.Global by Hilco Streambank is continuing to disrupt the IPv4 market. We need someone to lead our operations team.

This person will oversee our team of Transfer Analysts as they support clients in completing IP address transactions, and maintaining our 10/10 customer satisfaction score.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is personable and analytical to manage people, processes, and technology in a growing and well-respected company.

What you'll do:

Train, coach, and mentor the team. Support them in developing specialized expertise.
Improve processes to streamline transfers and accelerate revenue.
Develop processes for new products and services.
Manage software development vendors to deliver on scope, on budget, and time.
Coordinate with partners in Mexico, United Kingdom, Australia.
Develop and track Objectives and Key Results for each member of the team to ensure they are meeting their goals.

You will be set up for success with a cohesive team that loves working together, with great customer relationships. We have a detailed onboarding and training plan for you, and process documentation you'll read as you reorganize it.

What you'll need to succeed:

Three or more years of people management.
Experience with business process development and documentation.
Very good Excel skills (Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, percentile analysis, INDEX/MATCH).
At least a bachelor's degree.
The ability to work in our office in Times Square, New York, at least Monday through Thursday.
A working passport: you may go to some conferences, up to 15% of your time.

Compensation is $90,000 - $100,000 base plus incentive bonus based on individual and team performance.
