    • Lead client engagements and internal leadership meetings What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
    • Deliver outsourced CFO and related services to Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds
    • Evaluate and propose improvements to financial and accounting processes for clients
    • Liaison with external auditors, administrators, HR/payroll, and other service providers
    • Preparation/review of financial statements for funds and management companies
    • Lead client execution and act as the main point of contact on accounts What is Required (Qualifications):
    • 12+ years experience in alternative Investment Accounting
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
    • CPA preferred
    • Public Accounting background
    • Administration experience a plus How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
    • Indepth understanding of investment management and alternative products
    • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
    • Passionate about working in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
    • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
